Mr Tony Ike Nwanji holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Governance & Business Ethics degree from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, a Master of Education (Leadership and Management) from The Open University UK, a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Applied Economics from London Metropolitan University UK.

In 1990, Mr Tony Nwanji worked as a finance manager for GeeKay Imports &Exports Ltd London where he was responsible for managing the company’s accounting and administration departments. After 6 years, he left to set up a consulting business with a business associate. His partnerships consultancy firm was called Nkosa Management Consultants Ltd London where he worked as a financial and management consultant for 7years. During this, he was responsible for providing financial, business, accounting, management and marketing services to sole traders, small and medium enterprises.

After 7 years, he left to pursue a full time PhD in Corporate Governance & Business Ethics at Anglia Ruskin University UK. During his PhD, he was appointed lecture and he taught business ethics, business regulation, corporate governance and financial management to at both an undergraduate and postgraduate level. In 2003 and 2004, he also taught corporate governance to MA Corporate governance students for the institute of chartered secretaries and administrators.

To date, he is involved with various universities based in London and Nigeria, where he teaches a wide selection of topics which include: leadership & ethics, research methodologies, corporate governance, business ethics and corporate social responsibility. He also involved in supervising students during their dissertations in areas of accounting, financial management, and corporate governance
